Account Registration - Primary Contact

To begin registering your account through which you will be able to designate agents for service providers, please provide the following information for the registration account holder. This person will serve as the primary point of contact for purposes of communications with the Copyright Office regarding the registration account, including confirmation emails and other notices and reminders. Once you complete this registration process, you will be able to log in and submit service provider and designated agent information to the Office.

To provide information for a backup, secondary contact, who the Office may send notices and reminders to, and correspond with in the event that the primary contact cannot be reached, click "Add Secondary Contact". Although the Office recommends it, providing a secondary contact is optional. To finish registering your account without adding a secondary contact, click "Complete Registration". Click "Cancel" to discontinue the registration process.
